There is no fee for the initial telephone consultation with a potential client.

Once we have established that we would like to work together, we arrange a time for a weekly phone call four weeks per month. Generally an individual who calls me weekly for 45 minutes is charged $250 per month. There is no charge for periodic email communication between calls. A very brief "check-in" call may also be allowed from time to time with no additional charge.

Coaching is a process which occurs over time and requires a commitment on the part of both the coach and the client. I do not ask for a written agreement or contract from individuals, but I do ask for a minimum three-month commitment with monthly fees paid in advance at the beginning of each month. Should the coaching arrangement become unworkable for any reason, either party may withdraw at any time. In such cases, all unused fees will be returned to the client.
