Early in 1996, I
rushed my husband to the hospital for a severe back pain. Several tests were
administered and after doing an angiogram I was shown that the main artery
leading to his heart was 99% blocked. It was shocking to see so little blood
getting to his heart. A triple bypass was done immediately. As I waited
and prayed for six long hours, I realized lifestyle changes had to be made in
order to achieve a healthier lives. I believe I read just about every book
and periodical on nutrition, exercise, vitamins, herbs and other related
subjects. Eventually
I was lead to information on the
Internet about teas in the Oolong family. Many were not available in the U.S.
because of lack of demand. After contacting an importer, I had product air
freighted to my home. The rest is history! I blended
the teas and made it part of my husband's daily regimen. Six weeks after he
came home from the hospital his cholesterol had dropped from 200 to 150! I was ecstatic . . . his doctors were
impressed! In recent years, research has shown that we truly are
what we eat and that a diet filled with high fiber foods, fresh fruits and
vegetables can be an effective deterrent against a variety of life
threatening illnesses. Today, more and more people and physicians are turning
back to nature . . . back to the remedies used by our grandparents. Almost 10
years later, we are living our dream life in the breathtaking San Juan
Islands where Healthy Products Inc. was formed to share our discovery and
help others live the healthy lifestyle, blending exercise and wise
